We have wide ranging experience across many technologies and have recently delivered websites that integrate with a range of content management systems both open source and licenced.
All CMSs we use are built on standard development platforms and enjoy a wide level of support. Any recommendation would be based on individual technical and commercial requirements. CMS options that we use range from open source, non supported freeware such as Wordpress, to licensed product like Sitecore which has full commercial support and a defined roadmap but also a hefty license fee.
From a technical perspective, it will become clear which are the most suitable options when we have a better understanding of your requirements, especially workflow and integration, however all options are more than capable of delivering the basic responsive requirement.
There are benefits and drawbacks to the different licensing and commercial models, we should explore the opportunities together.
